ComputerHeads! offers remote assistance services for their existing clients. How does it work? With your permission, we log into your computer remotely...from our office. We control your mouse and keyboard from our office as if we're sitting right there at your computer. You get to sit back and watch exactly what we do...or you can get up and leave the computer to take care of other pressing matters while we complete the work on your computer.

Remote service is a convenient way for clients experiencing minor system issues to get professional assistance without having to bring their equipment in to our office. Remote service is billed at the discounted rate of $48/hour billed by the minute, which breaks down to $0.80/minute. Please contact us to see if remote service is right for you!
